LOW-COST LOANS AVAILABLE TO CLEAN UP CONTAMINATED PROPERTIES
PIDC has funds available from its revolving Environmental Remediation Fund for brownfield remediation. The fund provides low-cost loans to Philadelphia landowners seeking to clean up contamination on their properties.
