Join PIDC for our 2nd Annual Tax-Exempt Bond financing seminar to learn how tax-exempt bonds are used to provide long-term financing for major capital projects in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Attendees will learn about the streamlined issuance process, the benefits of issuing through PIDC/PAID, and how bond professionals help guide organizations through the underwriting and approval processes. The seminar will also feature case studies highlighting how tax-exempt bonds may support nonprofit activities including but not limited to refinancing qualified debt, property acquisition, renovation, new construction as well as working capital.

This session is designed for nonprofit organizations including charter schools and the supporting foundations, museums and other cultural institutions, higher education and healthcare facilities.
