FEASIBILITY STUDY OF BUILDING 611

Seeking to engage an experienced, capable, and qualified team to perform the feasibility study for the redevelopment of Building 611.

Deadline: 03/25/2024

PIDC is releasing this RFP on behalf of PAID. In 2023, PAID received $91,000 in funds from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic  Development’s Local Share Account (“LSA”) Program to perform a feasibility study of bisecting and redeveloping Building 611 into a mixed-use, creative office space for small to large businesses. As envisioned in the 2022 Plan, bisecting the building will accommodate a southward extension of 12th Street from Kitty Hawk Avenue to the Delaware River waterfront, creating a connected street grid, with vibrant and active public realm space, as well as a more resilient waterfront. PIDC, as manager and operator of PAID and the Philadelphia Navy Yard, is  seeking to engage an experienced, capable, and qualified team to perform the feasibility study for the redevelopment of Building 611.
