10KSB LogoMany of you have already heard of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative that is transforming small businesses across the country.  This 11-week, 100-hour intensive business education curriculum is the catalyst that is helping already successful companies strategically achieve greater revenues and increased employment.This initiative is designed for for-profit businesses as well as non-profit organizations that operate from a business platform.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative seeks to identify business owners who are already successful but need help breaking through to the next higher level of growth – more contract opportunities, increased revenues, growing employment, strategic networking and partnerships.

PIDC is the capital partner in managing the Access to Capital component.  As one of the country’s leading economic development agencies, we focus on business growth, but also are mindful of some of the impediments that limit business growth despite your best efforts and the business’s potential.

If your business meets the following eligibility criteria, then we encourage you to join us for a glimpse into the 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative:

  1. Your business has been operating for at least 2 years;
  2. Your business has generated revenues between $150,000 and $4 million for the past two years;
  3. Your business employs at least 4 people.
