DesigningLeadership300x300As the newest program of the Arts & Business Council (ABC), Designing Leadership promotes the development of emerging leaders in the nonprofit arts and culture and for-profit creative communities. This five session program, taught by expert faculty from IBM and the Wharton School, will focus on leadership competencies that will thread the learning from the individual to the organizational. Participants will benefit from the world-class instruction of Designing Leadership’s esteemed faculty as well as the shared experience of collaborating with their creative peers. This program is presented by Bank of America, John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and SEI. Additional support has been provided by Stradley Ronon and the University of the Arts.

PIDC is a member of the Arts & Business Council and is a strong supporter of the creative industry and arts and culture sector of Philadelphia. Over the last five years, PIDC has provided services to 125 for-profit creative industry businesses and arts and culture non-profits totaling over $530 Million in loans, tax exempt financing, lines of credit, and grant administration. Combined, these projects have infused the Philadelphia creative community with over $830 Million dollars of additional investment. In addition to providing financing and real estate products to this sector, PIDC also seeks to promote a variety of partner opportunities that will help its clients grow and strengthen their organization.
