The Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provide services to all small business populations and make special efforts to reach members of historically underrepresented and underserved populations, including women. U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership

OWBO reaches out to women entrepreneurs through a number of programs that are coordinated through every SBA district office.
