This RFP seeks an experienced, capable and qualified development company that will plan and implement a dynamic and sustainable 57,100 SF mixed-use development, located at 1100 Wharton Street in the heart of Passyunk Square in Philadelphia, PA. The site is being re-zoned from ICMX to IRMX to align with the South District Plan adopted by PCPC on June 9, 2015.

Potential uses include educational, office, retail, commercial, R&D, artisan industrial, among other potential IRMX uses. The neighborhood is served by the Ellsworth-Federal station on the Broad Street Line subway and is 1.5 miles directly south of Center City, Philadelphia. This allows residents, workers, and shoppers some flexibility in terms of transportation modes, resulting in nearly a third of residents commuting via public transit and nearly a fifth walking or biking to work.

RFP questions are due Monday, November 19, 2018 at 12:00PM and proposals are due Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2:00PM
