TOM LUSSENHOP 4301 BALTIMORE AVENUE RENDERINGThe City of Philadelphia and its economic development partners have a number of resources to help developers at every stage and in every neighborhood of our city. We want to connect you with these resources to help get your project started and completed.

PIDC along with the Philadelphia Department of Commerce, City Planning Commission, Land Bank, Redevelopment Authority, and Division of Housing and Community Development are hosting a Resources for Neighborhood Development series and plan to reach as many neighborhoods as it can over the next few months. The goal of the series is to connect developers with resources to navigate the development process and achieve project completion. So far the series has received positive feedback from attendees at earlier sessions held at BEECH Interplex, The Enterprise Center, and Impact Services. We look forward to meeting more developers and business owners to see how we can assist with your projects. To stay updated on future session dates please email . In the meantime, please review the Resources for Neighborhood Development fact sheet for a quick guide on how to navigate the process of developing property in Philadelphia.

If your project is in need of financing, PIDC has a new loan product available. The Neighborhood Development Loan provides affordable financing to fill funding gaps for developers of mixed-use, commercial and industrial projects located throughout Philadelphia’s neighborhoods.
