RACPThe Wolf Administration will briefly extend a window to accept new, completed RACP Business Plans from potential candidates. Entities that previously submitted completed Business Plans during calendar year 2015 may amend those business plans. The window will open on May 4, 2015 and will close on May 18, 2015. All business plans received by the Commonwealth during the 2015 open window periods through May 18, 2015 will receive equal consideration for the RACP funding available in this round.

Be advised that projects that have previously received award letters dated prior to June 1, 2012, are NOT subject to new redesign procedures involving the selection criteria, submission of a Business Plan, or use of the revised June 2012 Application Handbook. All projects with a Grant Agreement in place or in receipt of an award letter prior to June 1, 2012, will continue to proceed through the RACP process as before.

The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) is a commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historical improvement projects.
