Colliers International recently announced the Strategic East Coast Industrial Distribution Site at 11501-601 Roosevelt Boulevard is available for leasing of two buildings. The subject properties offer high visibility and convenient access to I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276).

Building one, located at 11501 Roosevelt Boulevard, is 121,875 +/- SF. It is a retrofit of an existing structure that will offer 31’ clear height and 12-14 loading docks. Building two, located at 11601 Roosevelt Boulevard, will feature 498,000 +/- SF of new construction with 36’ clear height and 90 loading docks. Delivery of building two is projected for early 2020. Both buildings will have ample truck and passenger vehicle parking.

Per the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, bids are being solicited for the development of a parcel located at the corner of 33rd and Diamond Streets in North Philadelphia Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. The bid submission deadline is Monday, October 15, 2018.

Acting on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, PIDC is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or real estate professionals for sites or buildings that can accommodate a 280,000 SF centrally-located facility to support the Philadelphia Fire Department. The deadline is November 6, 2018.
