What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I will spread the word about the amazing things PIDC does, especially for small businesses. As much as PIDC has their hand in what’s going on in the city, there are still so many who are unaware about how PIDC can help them.

Philadelphia is a great place to live, work, and play because:

It is diverse. There are so many people in this city with different backgrounds and different stories to tell and I believe that is the best thing about this city. You can learn so many things from so many cultures just by walking down a street.

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I like Barcade in Northern Liberties. Hard to beat playing video games I grew up on.

What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

As a knowledgeable and welcoming employee of the Navy Yard, I will work to ensure the needs of our clients and tenants are always met, as well as help generate excitement about the Navy Yard and its events.

Philadelphia is a great place to live, work, and play because:

The people and the strong community they have built stand out. This city and its people are unlike any others and I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of it!

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I love taking (or teaching) class at Grace & Glory Yoga in Fishtown, and grabbing a bite to eat around the corner at Martha afterward. Their Vegan Jawn is AMAZING!

Project Finance

Loan Administrator’ font_color=” custom_title=” custom_content=” custom_class=” admin_preview_bg=”]

[av_textblock size=” font_color=” color=” av-medium-font-size=” av-small-font-size=” av-mini-font-size=” custom_class=” admin_preview_bg=”]
What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I support the underwriters in the Project Finance team as we make impactful investments in commercial real estate developments across the city. I ensure we have proper documentation and quality control from loan intake to closing. I provide administrative support to strengthen our processes. Plus, I make sure we are driving growth by improving our impact and performance reporting.

Philadelphia is a great place to live, work, and play because:

Philadelphia is large enough to have innumerable things to do, but it’s not overwhelming because each of the neighborhoods contain microcosms of city diversity in themselves. I don’t feel like I need to go more than three miles from my house to meet all of my work, recreational, social, and grocery shopping needs, so I can be deeply tied to a local community. But, I can still hop on my bike and head to areas of the city 10+ miles away that feel completely different from my normal locale!

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I adore the Schuylkill River Trail, especially for biking. I go to Tiny WPA almost every week to learn woodworking, for free. As for eating, my favorite place to eat is my kitchen.

What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

In my role, I oversee general accounting, contract and grant administration, financial reporting, compliance and operations – all of which are vital in producing accurate financial data to make good decisions and to ensure PIDC’s financial stability to continue to serve our clients in the future. I interact with many teams throughout the organization to help drive the business forward and realize the mission and vision of PIDC as a whole.

Philadelphia is a great place to live, work, and play because:

It is a unique city of neighborhoods full of history, vibrant culture and diversity that is big enough to keep surprising you, but small enough to evoke a strong sense of community.

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I love people watching with my dog in Rittenhouse Square. One of my new favorite restaurants is Bloomsday Cafe on Headhouse Square.
