Bloc Delivery is a woman-owned online ordering and e-bike delivery service empowering customers to shop locally for their everyday needs. The company sprung into action at the early stages of the pandemic by setting up their Bloc online ordering platform to support local businesses that were having a hard time connecting with customers. Deliveries from local vendors are made via electric bicycles with products available within a 2-4 mile radius.

Supported by Bicycle Transit Systems, Bloc currently serves businesses and individuals in South Philadelphia, Northwest Philadelphia, West Philadelphia, and North Philadelphia (Callowhill & Kensington). Bloc uses equitable and sustainable delivery from various shops and food co-ops, including a few PIDC clients, such as Weavers Way Co-op, High Point Cafe, Triple Bottom Brewing, South Philly Food Co-op, and Mariposa Food Co-op.

Individuals can shop local using the Bloc online ordering platform and businesses can become vendors for the service by contacting .
