Alternative Middle Years at James Martin School [RFP]

This RFP invites Developers to respond and submit qualifications for the design and development of a new alternative middle years school for the School District of Philadelphia (“District”) on approximately 0.8 acres located at 3385 Richmond Street in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA to be opened in time for the 2024-25 school year. The property is currently the site of the AMY James Martin school and the scope of work includes remediation and demolition of the existing facility upon its vacancy expected in June 2023.
